Crepes
seem like they are incredibly easy to make, but that's not true. Yes, the
batter is made of eggs, milk, flour, and oil so it's extremely simple to mix,
but cooking these things is an art! The batter is so thin that you have to
quickly pour it in the pan and disperse it to the edges almost immediately.
There is no time to think and there is certainly no time for mistakes! When it
comes time to flip the crepe, it's dangerous! It's so thin it could tear or
fold in half. It takes practice to make crepes, but they are delicious when
they're done! I’d recommend this recipe, and I would also recommend Nutella
as a topping!
I always rip or burn the crepes when I make them.
