Chicken pot pie has always been a favorite of mine, and I
finally felt confident enough in the kitchen to give it a try. Admittedly, this
recipe did not go as smoothly as I would have liked, but it was tasty
regardless. The process of chopping and cooking the ingredients is the most
time consuming and dangerous. Remember, you’re supposed to get the hot liquid
in the pie crust, not on your hands. It proves to be painful. I cheated and
used a store-bought pie crust, so this was not completely from scratch, but I
made up for it by using fresh veggies. I would recommend this recipe for any
level of chef because it’s not that difficult, and it’s extremely good!
